Job Description
Are you looking for casual work with an immediate start in Darwin City? Woolworths is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Online Retail Pickers to join our dedicated team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing online grocery orders, ensuring our customers receive the freshest products and the best service. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer online grocery orders within specified timeframes.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all picked items, checking expiry dates and product condition.
- Navigate the store efficiently to locate products and fulfill orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including trolleys and picking equipment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock rotation and merchandising as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accurate and complete orders.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina, including ability to lift and carry items up to 15kg.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or order picking.
- Knowledge of various fresh produce and grocery items.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
