Job Description
Join the dedicated team at Stoneleigh Park Estate as a Farm Hand (General) and embark on a rewarding career in agriculture. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general crop management, including planting, weeding, and harvesting
- Support livestock care, feeding animals, and maintaining their enclosures
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision
- Perform general farm maintenance, repairs, and cleaning duties
- Contribute to the upkeep of farm buildings, fences, and grounds
- Follow health and safety guidelines and best agricultural practices
- Participate in seasonal tasks such as haymaking, silage production, or animal handling
- Report any equipment malfunctions or animal welfare concerns to supervisors
