We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Messaging Support Officers in Geraldton. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Educate customers on Telstra products, services, and self-service options.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
