Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Concierge Offsider to join our esteemed team in Jumeirah, Dubai. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to embark on a career in luxury hospitality and learn the gold standards of concierge service. You will work alongside experienced professionals, assisting in providing personalized and impeccable service to our discerning guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay exceeds expectations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of luxury hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Concierge team with guest inquiries, requests, and services.
- Handle luggage and guest belongings with care and efficiency, coordinating with Bell Services.
- Support in arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, and activity bookings.
- Maintain an organized and tidy concierge desk and lobby area.
- Familiarize yourself with local attractions, events, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to develop advanced concierge skills and luxury service standards.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
