Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, social media, and other messaging platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Telstra's offerings.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data privacy and service standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills and strong grammatical accuracy.
