Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our animal feed production team as a Fodder Factory Hand. In this vital role, you will contribute to the efficient manufacturing and processing of high-quality animal feed products. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery involved in feed production, mixing, and packaging.
  • Load raw materials onto production lines and assist with material handling.
  • Monitor feed quality throughout the production process, identifying and reporting discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of factory equipment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Package finished feed products and prepare them for storage or shipment.
  • Perform other general factory duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
