Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our animal feed production team as a Fodder Factory Hand. In this vital role, you will contribute to the efficient manufacturing and processing of high-quality animal feed products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable employment with weekly pay in a supportive industrial environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery involved in feed production, mixing, and packaging.
- Load raw materials onto production lines and assist with material handling.
- Monitor feed quality throughout the production process, identifying and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of factory equipment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Package finished feed products and prepare them for storage or shipment.
- Perform other general factory duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
