As a Social Media Moderator & Support, you will be the voice of Kogan.com across our various social platforms, engaging with our community, providing exceptional written support, and ensuring a positive online presence. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent written communication skills, and a passion for connecting with customers in the digital space. This part-time position is specifically designed to suit students, offering flexible hours to accommodate your studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Kogan.com's social media channels for comments, mentions, and direct messages across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews exclusively in a written format.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media interactions.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues or emerging trends to the relevant internal teams for resolution.
- Engage actively with our online community to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Assist with basic content scheduling and provide insights or reports on social media engagement and performance as required.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
