Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our Farm Fencing Crew in Mildura. This full-time role involves hands-on outdoor work, primarily focused on the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of farm fencing. You will be working in a rural environment, often in varying weather conditions, as part of a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality results for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to the backbone of Australia’s agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair various types of farm fencing, including boundary, internal, and livestock fences.
- Operate and maintain fencing equipment, including post drivers, wire strainers, and hand tools.
- Prepare sites by clearing vegetation, digging post holes, and managing materials.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Transport materials and equipment to various farm locations as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area and tools.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous outdoor work.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and their safe operation.

- Valid Australian driver's license.

- White Card (General Construction Induction Training).
