Job Description

Deloitte Australia is seeking a dedicated WFH Virtual Assistant to provide crucial administrative and executive support to our busy CEOs. This 100% remote position requires availability during morning hours (Australian Eastern Standard Time) to ensure seamless coordination and support for our senior leadership. You will be instrumental in managing complex schedules, streamlining communications, and handling various tasks that enable our executives to focus on strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, and is passionate about providing top-tier support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Organise and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, flights, and accommodation.
- Prepare and format professional documents, presentations, and reports using various software applications.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries to support executive decision-making.
- Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support executives' overall productivity.
- Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Personal Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
