Job Description
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Casual Labourers for day shifts to join our dynamic team in Geelong. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work, providing essential support across various warehouse and logistics operations. You will be responsible for general labouring tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining a safe and organised work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and moving goods.
- Assist with sorting, packing, and organising inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate basic equipment as required, with appropriate training (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders effectively.
- Support other team members with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current 'White Card' (Construction Induction Card) for potential site work.
- Forklift license (LF) is a bonus but not essential.
