Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the safe and efficient operation of recycling plant machinery and equipment under supervision.
  • Conduct routine pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
  • Monitor plant operations, identify potential issues, and escalate as necessary.
  • Sort and separate recyclable materials according to company procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the plant and work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Actively participate in all training and development programs designed to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
