Job Description

This is a full-time, entry-level position where no prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the safe and efficient operation of recycling plant machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Conduct routine pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
- Monitor plant operations, identify potential issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Sort and separate recyclable materials according to company procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the plant and work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Actively participate in all training and development programs designed to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
