Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and physically fit Demolition Offsiders to join our dynamic team for immediate starts in Perth. This is a hands-on role involving manual labor, assisting with demolition tasks on various project sites. If you are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work hard in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators and team leaders with demolition tasks.
- Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and sorting materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety procedures and protocols.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and debris.
- Learn and apply best practices for various demolition techniques.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual labor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction or manual labor role (even limited experience is beneficial).
- First Aid certification.
- Forklift license or other relevant machinery tickets.
