Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused WFH Support Specialist to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support for our products and services. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and passionate about helping people resolve their issues efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat for Telstra products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to connectivity, billing, account management, and service disruptions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features, self-service options, and best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product changes and support best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • A dedicated, quiet home office space with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with telecommunications products or services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Certifications in IT support or customer service.
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
