Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual checks of station platforms and train interiors for safety hazards and cleanliness.
  • Assist with ticket validation, gate line operations, and fare collection as required.
  • Manage crowd control during peak hours or special events, ensuring orderly boarding and alighting.
  • Respond to minor incidents and emergencies according to established protocols, escalating as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and control centre staff.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
