Job Description
Are you a warm, enthusiastic, and professional individual looking for a rewarding part-time role? Summit Homes Group is seeking a dedicated Display Home Host to welcome visitors to our stunning display homes in Bunbury. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys interacting with people and presenting beautiful spaces. You will be the first point of contact for potential homeowners, providing a welcoming atmosphere and general information about our homes, features, and the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the display home.
- Provide general information about the display home features, design, and local community.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the display home.
- Distribute marketing collateral and brochures to interested visitors.
- Record visitor details and follow up on inquiries as required.
- Answer basic questions about the building process and direct specific sales inquiries to the appropriate sales consultant.
- Open and close the display home securely each day.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, CRM entry).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar front-facing role.
- An interest in property, real estate, or home design.
- Local knowledge of Bunbury and the surrounding areas.
