Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist clients with understanding their healthcare plans, benefits, and service options.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Educate clients on new services, products, and policy updates.
