Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Store Management in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Help with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
- Support the training and development of new team members.
- Contribute to creating a safe and engaging work environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for store improvement.
- Learn and apply Kmart's operational policies and procedures.
