Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring all dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are spotless.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and storage spaces, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Assist with the proper storage and rotation of food supplies and equipment.
- Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady supply of clean cookware and assisting with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with established procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness principles (training provided).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (not mandatory, but a plus).
- Current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one upon employment).
