Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Lead to drive the strategy and execution for one of our key global consumer brands. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine deep consumer insights with innovative marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth, market share, and profitability. You will be responsible for the full brand lifecycle, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with global partners to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, marketing plans, and integrated campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the brand's P&L, including budget allocation, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead the innovation pipeline, from concept development to successful market launch, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage external agency relationships (advertising, media, PR) to ensure creative excellence and impactful campaign delivery.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics, adapting brand strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
- Champion brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and regions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing within a consumer goods company.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that have driven significant market growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and financial reports.
- Proven experience in P&L management and budget oversight.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Experience working with global brands and managing international marketing initiatives.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies.
