Join Amazon as a Returns Processor, where you’ll play a vital role in our operations by accurately handling customer returns. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unbox returned items from customers.
- Inspect merchandise for quality, damage, and completeness according to established guidelines.
- Accurately sort and categorize items for return to inventory, refurbishment, or liquidation.
- Input return data into our inventory management system with precision.
- Prepare items for shipment or storage, including repackaging when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 15 kg (33 lbs) occasionally.
