Job Description
Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven WFH Appointment Setter to join our dynamic B2B Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a talent for initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients. As an Appointment Setter, you will be crucial in generating new business leads and setting up qualified meetings for our sales executives. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere within Toowoomba, Queensland. Your success will be directly rewarded through a high-commission structure, reflecting your ability to drive growth and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
- Educate prospects on the value proposition of Salesforce solutions and how they can address their specific business challenges.
- Successfully set qualified appointments and meetings for our senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of prospects and contribute to overall sales targets.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on Salesforce products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment (e.g., 6 months).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- High level of resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and handling rejection.
- Access to a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and appropriate remote working equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions and enterprise software.
- A strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
