Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Murray Bridge. This is an essential warehouse-based role, specifically for afternoon shifts, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of critical logistics data. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory, shipping, and receiving records, contributing directly to the smooth flow of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter shipping, receiving, inventory, and other operational data into our logistics management system.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed.
- Generate and prepare reports, manifests, and other documentation.
- Assist with filing and maintaining physical and digital records.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks efficiently during afternoon shifts.
Required Skills
- Proven data entry speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a warehouse environment
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for afternoon shift commitments
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing, or data entry role
- Familiarity with logistics management software (e.g., WMS, TMS)
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and terminology
