Job Description

Lendlease is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Cadet Project Coordinator to join our team in Goulburn. This is an incredible opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience and benefit from a structured mentorship program within a dynamic project environment. You will support project managers and teams in various stages of construction projects, from planning and execution to close-out, learning the ropes from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors with day-to-day project activities and administration.
- Support the coordination of project documentation, including contracts, variations, and reports.
- Participate in site visits, safety briefings, and progress meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions.
- Learn to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Contribute to maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Support procurement processes, including compiling requests for quotes and managing orders.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Actively engage with your mentor and seek opportunities for learning and professional development.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
