Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Offsiders to join our busy team in Geelong. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in logistics with no prior experience or driver’s license required. As a Delivery Offsider, you will work closely with our experienced drivers, assisting with the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and delivery of various goods to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our deliveries are made on time and with the highest level of service. Immediate start available for the right candidates who are eager to learn and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods at the depot and customer sites.
- Verify load accuracy against delivery manifests and report any discrepancies.
- Navigate routes with drivers, assisting with directions and customer interaction.
- Help secure loads safely in the vehicle to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle cabin and work areas.
- Support the driver in daily operational tasks as required.
Required Skills

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying (within safe limits).
