Job Description
Join our vibrant team at Bunnings Warehouse in Hervey Bay as an Entry Level Warehouse Admin Helper! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a warehouse environment, with a focus on administrative tasks and simple PC work. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn and a strong eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administrative operation of our warehouse, supporting the team with essential data entry, record-keeping, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic data entry into our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Answer basic phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Support the warehouse team with general administrative tasks.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, web navigation).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
