Telstra is seeking a dedicated Virtual Inbox Manager to join our remote team, focusing exclusively on managing written communications. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, internal communications, and other essential digital messages, maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of email inboxes, ticketing systems, and other digital communication channels.
- Draft, edit, and send professional and grammatically correct written responses to inquiries, feedback, and requests.
- Categorize, tag, and archive digital correspondence for easy retrieval and historical tracking.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to gather information and ensure accurate responses.
- Identify recurring themes or issues in correspondence and escalate as necessary to relevant teams.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all communication and actions taken.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline inbox management processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company communication guidelines and privacy policies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills (English).
- Proven ability to manage multiple inboxes and communication platforms effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
