Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaning Assistant to join our team in Gladstone. This role is crucial for maintaining the pristine appearance of various commercial sites, ensuring our clients’ premises reflect professionalism and cleanliness. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to a high standard of service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior window cleaners in cleaning windows and glass surfaces on commercial buildings.
- Prepare work areas, including setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
- Safely use and maintain a variety of window cleaning tools and equipment, such as squeegees, scrubbers, and water-fed poles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, especially when working at heights.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, paying close attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
- Represent Spotless Group professionally at all times on client sites.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar physical role is a plus.
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one.
- First Aid certification.
