Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Window Shutter Labourer to join our team in Taree. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing full-time work with weekly pay, offering a chance to develop your skills within the building and construction industry. You will be responsible for assisting with the installation of various window shutter systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled installers with the fitting and installation of window shutters and blinds.
  • Prepare work sites, including clearing and cleaning areas before and after installation.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
  • Perform basic manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and securing components.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills

  • Physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
