Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Window Shutter Labourer to join our team in Taree. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing full-time work with weekly pay, offering a chance to develop your skills within the building and construction industry. You will be responsible for assisting with the installation of various window shutter systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled installers with the fitting and installation of window shutters and blinds.
- Prepare work sites, including clearing and cleaning areas before and after installation.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Perform basic manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and securing components.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications
