Job Description

IMG Australia is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Tournament Assistants for various single-day sports events held in Griffith, NSW. As a Tournament Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our events, contributing to a positive experience for all participants and spectators. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and pack-down of event venues, including signage, equipment, and competition areas.
- Support event registration processes, greeting participants and ensuring accurate check-ins.
- Provide directions and information to participants, coaches, and spectators.
- Help manage equipment distribution and collection throughout the event.
- Support event officials and coordinators with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and safe event environment.
- Assist with minor problem-solving and participant inquiries on-site.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere for all event attendees.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Current First Aid certification.
