Job Description
Are you bursting with energy and looking for an exciting summer job? Parkdean Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Theme Park Attendants to join our team in Chipping Norton for the peak season. This high-energy role involves ensuring the safe and enjoyable operation of various attractions and rides within our facility. You will be the face of fun, interacting with guests, managing queues, performing safety checks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Operate rides and attractions safely and efficiently, following all company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Greet guests with enthusiasm, provide clear instructions, and ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor guest behaviour and enforce rules to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct pre-opening and ongoing safety checks of equipment and attractions.
- Assist guests with boarding and unboarding rides, ensuring all restraints are securely fastened.
- Manage queue lines, provide information, and answer guest questions politely and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of attraction areas, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and emptying bins.
- Respond calmly and effectively to guest inquiries, concerns, or minor incidents.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

- Must be 18 years or older due to ride operation responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or leisure environment
- Basic first aid certification is a plus (training may be provided)
- Experience working with children or families
