Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and complete comprehensive safety training programs.
  • Assist in regular safety inspections of the warehouse, identifying potential hazards.
  • Monitor employee adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Report any safety incidents, near misses, or non-compliance issues promptly.
  • Support the implementation of new safety initiatives and improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate safety records and documentation.
  • Communicate safety information and updates to warehouse staff.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of relevant Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
  • Operate in a full-time, on-site capacity within the Penrith warehouse facility.
