Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and complete comprehensive safety training programs.
- Assist in regular safety inspections of the warehouse, identifying potential hazards.
- Monitor employee adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Report any safety incidents, near misses, or non-compliance issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of new safety initiatives and improvements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate safety records and documentation.
- Communicate safety information and updates to warehouse staff.
- Learn and apply knowledge of relevant Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
- Operate in a full-time, on-site capacity within the Penrith warehouse facility.
