Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Resort Activities Helpers to join our team for the bustling summer season at BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort Coffs Harbour. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for a fun and engaging summer job, offering a great social scene and the chance to work in a beautiful beachfront setting. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests’ holiday experience by assisting with a variety of recreational activities, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, supervision, and breakdown of daily resort activities (e.g., kids' club games, pool activities, sports events).
- Engage with guests of all ages, fostering a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Ensure the safety of participants during all activities, adhering to resort policies and procedures.
- Maintain activity equipment, ensuring it is clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions to guests.
- Support the Activities Coordinator with administrative tasks as required.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children or leading group activities
- Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
