Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organised Remote Information Clerk to join our dynamic Healthcare & Wellness team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and processing sensitive patient and client information, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient data flow within our systems. You will play a vital part in supporting our healthcare operations, directly contributing to our mission of providing excellent care. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain patient and client records in our digital systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing information requests, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
- Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Organise and file digital documents in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding information inquiries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the department.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
Required Skills
- Excellent data entry and typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably within a healthcare or wellness environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare information systems.
- Experience with CRM software or similar database management tools.
- A relevant vocational qualification or certification.
