Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Seasonal Nut Harvester in Mount Gambier. This is a temporary, full-time position crucial to our harvest season. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all tasks. If you enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain harvesting equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Collect and transport harvested nuts efficiently and safely.
- Perform quality checks on harvested produce, removing any debris or unsuitable nuts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with general farm duties as required during the harvesting period.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
