Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Nut Harvester in Mildura. This is a part-time role on a day roster, ideal for those looking for flexible work with opportunities for on-the-job training. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role. You will play a crucial part in the harvesting process, helping to collect and prepare our premium nuts for processing. This role involves working outdoors and physical activity in an agricultural setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain harvesting equipment under supervision (training provided)
- Collect and sort harvested nuts according to quality standards
- Assist with general orchard maintenance tasks as required
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines on the farm
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
