Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Shepparton. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming first impression for our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and hassle-free. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
