Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Creative Director (Assistant) to join our vibrant agency team in Surfers Paradise. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director in developing and executing innovative creative concepts across various channels.
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, designers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.
- Present creative ideas and solutions to internal teams and clients, articulating the strategic rationale.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior creative team members.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, client objectives, and project timelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform creative strategy.
- Participate in new business pitches and contribute to proposal development.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strong creative thinking and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and advertising best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience in a client-facing role within an agency setting.
