Job Description

This comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills required to excel in supply chain operations. You will gain hands-on experience across various facets of logistics, from warehousing and inventory management to transportation and operational planning, all while being mentored by industry experts. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of supply chain logistics.
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Learn and apply inventory management techniques and systems.
- Support transportation planning and coordination activities.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Shadow experienced logistics professionals to understand operational workflows.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks to enhance learning and practical application.
- Develop a foundational understanding of logistics software and technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).

- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- A-Levels or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or operational environment (even part-time/voluntary) is a plus but not essential.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles.
