Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Brick Factory Labourer to join our team in Stanthorpe. This role is crucial to our production process, involving hands-on work with raw materials, operating machinery, and ensuring the smooth flow of brick manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
  • Operate basic factory machinery and equipment under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor and work areas.
  • Perform quality checks on bricks and other products, identifying and reporting defects.
  • Support production line operations, including stacking, sorting, and packaging.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
