Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process account adjustments, credits, and refunds accurately.

- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to explain billing statements and payment options.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex account issues.
- Identify and escalate recurring billing problems or system issues to management.
