Job Description
Join HubSpot as a Virtual Sales Support Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in our sales operations by providing essential administrative and logistical support to our remote sales team. This 100% remote position involves managing incoming leads, updating our CRM system, assisting with sales presentations, and coordinating schedules. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth progression of the sales pipeline, enabling our sales professionals to focus on closing deals. Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and manage inbound leads, distributing them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate data.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report generation.
