Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Casual Evening Counter Server for takeaway orders at our Port Lincoln location. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible evening shifts and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every customer receives friendly and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately
- Process payments efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items, adhering to health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and food preparation spaces
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Ensure all takeaway orders are accurately packed and delivered to customers
Required Skills
