Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Afternoon Pool Staff to join our team on a casual basis at Quest Apartments Toowoomba. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment and are committed to ensuring guest safety and satisfaction around our pool facilities during afternoon hours. As part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting pool area for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests regarding pool facilities and inquiries.
- Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas.
- Assist with basic pool chemical checks and report any irregularities to management.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
- Ensure all safety equipment is in good working order and accessible.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
