Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team in Public Sector Health – Essential Services. This vital role involves supporting the delivery of critical health services within the Rockingham area, ensuring the smooth operation of daily functions that directly impact patient care and community well-being. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment, contributing to the health and safety of the local population through various administrative and support tasks, as well as direct patient interaction where appropriate. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of public health service delivery in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to healthcare professionals and departments.
  • Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Support logistics and inventory management for essential medical supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to facilitate communication and coordination of care.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and departmental policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance service delivery capabilities.

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
