Job Description

You’ll be an essential part of maintaining the cleanliness and flow of our bars and entertainment venues, ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect and clear used glassware from various bar areas and public spaces.
- Sort and stack glassware for washing and re-use.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy bar environment, including wiping down surfaces and emptying bins as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with bar staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Be proactive in identifying areas requiring attention and responding promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and helpful to guests and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Ability to work casual night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays of glassware for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
