Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing analytics. You will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data to inform strategies and optimize campaign performance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere within Australia, though we are specifically looking to hire talent located in South Australia for this role to support regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of marketing data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, ad platforms).
  • Develop and maintain regular marketing performance reports and dashboards.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Support senior analysts in conducting A/B tests and other experimental designs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert the team to significant changes or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and media teams to understand their data needs.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
