Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Lead to join our dynamic team in Gosford, NSW. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of our enterprise software solutions for new and existing clients across various industries. You will act as the primary interface between the client and our technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and exceptional client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of software solutions from planning to go-live.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Conduct client workshops to gather and document business requirements and configure solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy TechnologyOne software modules tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Train client users on new software functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies and quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and tools.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation or IT project management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise software projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
- Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TechnologyOne products or similar ERP/CRM/SaaS solutions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience in local government, higher education, or health sectors.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
