Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible way to earn money on your own terms? Menulog is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Riders to join our growing network in Surfers Paradise. As a Menulog Rider, you’ll be responsible for picking up food orders from local restaurants and delivering them directly to our hungry customers. You’ll use your own bike (motorcycle or pushbike) and smartphone to manage your deliveries through our user-friendly app. Enjoy the freedom of setting your own schedule and getting paid weekly for your hard work.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick up food orders from various restaurants.
- Deliver orders promptly and courteously to customers' doorsteps.
- Manage delivery routes using the Menulog rider app.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure food is transported safely and hygienically.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and restaurant staff.
Required Skills
- Must have a valid Australian driver's license (for motorcycles) or appropriate identification (for pushbikes).
- Own a reliable motorcycle or pushbike in good working condition.
- Possess a smartphone with data plan to use the Menulog rider app.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and local area knowledge.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry delivery bags (up to 10kg).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Surfers Paradise and surrounding Gold Coast areas.
