Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collect used glasses, bottles, and other service items from tables and bar areas promptly and efficiently.
- Sort and transport collected items to the dishwashing area.
- Assist with basic cleaning tasks, including wiping down tables and maintaining cleanliness in guest areas.
- Ensure a continuous supply of clean glassware is available for bartenders and servers.
- Support the bar and wait staff with general setup and breakdown of service areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
