Job Description

We provide comprehensive training to help you master the skills needed to accurately convert audio and video recordings into written text. If you’re a fast learner with a keen ear for detail and a good command of English, we want to hear from you. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio and video files into written text, maintaining a high level of quality and precision.
- Review and edit your own transcripts for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and punctuation.
- Ensure timely delivery of transcribed files according to project deadlines.
- Adhere to specific client guidelines and formatting requirements for each project.
- Manage and prioritize workload efficiently to meet productivity targets.
- Utilize transcription software and tools effectively after receiving training.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Strong listening comprehension and ability to distinguish different speakers.
- Proficient typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with online tools and software.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
